More than likely, however, your dream destination has at least a slightly (if not entirely) different climate from your home environment, and that’s an important factor to consider when piecing together your perfect bridal hair & makeup look, and the approach our artists take with your beautification process.

If, for example, you come from high humidity, you might be used to wrangling your tough-to-tame hair into submission, while no effort is required to hydrate your skin to its plump, glowing potential. Then you arrive in Arizona or Colorado and it’s exactly the opposite—hair styles hold all day and night with ease, and skin is drying of thirst.
On the other hand, brides booking bridal makeup and hair in Miami often prioritize a vibe that will hold up in the thick, humid air of South Florida, like a slicked-back bun and airbrush foundation that won’t budge on the dance floor.

Speaking of trials, there are a few scenarios to keep in mind if you’re an out-of-town bride:
Many of our brides come to the destination state for a planning extravaganza—visit the venue, wine & cake tasting, etc—which is a perfect time for a hair & makeup trial, especially if you’re in one of the “climate transition” situations mentioned above such as coming to Florida from a drier state. (Just keep in mind, we only do trials Monday thru Thursday during each state’s busy season.)
We’ve had brides that live in one of our states and just so happen to be getting married in another of our states. If you’re unable to make it to the destination state for a trial before wedding day, you can totally do a trial in your home state with one of our bridal hair and makeup artists there and take photo & video that we will send to your day-of artist.
If neither of those are viable options, we can set up a virtual intro via video chat with your lead artist to talk through preparation, preferences, styling, and recommendations. FYI—this has worked 100% of the time with no issue!
